Gravity boilers

This project is a spatial exploration of Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, focusing on the fundamental interaction between space, time, and a body moving within that space. The project transforms an industrial environment into a thought laboratory where abstract physics becomes a tangible, sensory experience.

The installation is anchored by a stark, dark path that bisects the room, representing a linear trajectory through the space-time continuum. In the first stage of the journey, we encounter a shrouded, vertical form a body in a state of potential.

The surrounding organic materials and the rhythmic light from the windows create a sense of steady, Newtonian time!

As the viewer progresses, the perspective shifts and the body is revealed as a complex, stacked wooden structure.

This dense, layered construction symbolizes the accumulation of mass and the warping of the space-time fabric.

The shifting geometry of the timber reflects Einstein’s idea that space and time are not absolute, but are intertwined and distorted by the presence of matter and motion.

By moving through the exhibition space, the viewer ceases to be a mere observer and becomes the moving body itself, experiencing how perspective, light, and physical mass redefine the dimensions of the environment.

The project serves as a visual manifesto on the interconnectedness of our universe, where every point of view is relative and every movement reshapes the space it inhabits.
